Mandatory for all students, regardless of the form of study.
1. General provisions
These rules were developed in accordance with Ukrainian legislation and the internal regulations of LLC “Mykolaiv Institute of Professional Development and Education” (hereinafter – the Company). Compliance is mandatory for all students, regardless of the form of study. The rules aim to ensure a safe, comfortable, and effective educational process.
2. Students' basic rights
- Receive quality education in accordance with the curriculum
- Use educational materials, laboratory equipment, the library, and other Company resources
- Receive guidance from instructors and administration
- Protect their rights and interests under current Ukrainian legislation
3. Students' basic responsibilities
- Follow the curriculum and attend classes according to the schedule
- Observe the rules of academic integrity
- Maintain discipline and respect the rights of other participants in the educational process
- Take care of Company property and keep the premises clean
- Follow occupational safety, fire safety, and general safety rules
- Refrain from any form of discrimination, bullying, aggression, or violence
4. Conduct on Company premises
- Arrive to class on time and in tidy appearance
- Keep quiet in classrooms, the library, and study rooms
- Use mobile phones during class only with the instructor's permission
- Respect instructors, Company staff, and other students
- Do not consume alcohol or drugs, and do not smoke on Company premises
5. Liability for violations
In case of a rule violation, the following measures may be applied to a student:
- verbal or written warning
- formal warning from the Company administration
- suspension from Company events
- expulsion in cases of systematic or serious violations
6. Final provisions
Familiarization with these rules is mandatory for all students. The rules may be updated in case of changes in Ukrainian legislation or the Company's internal regulations.
