Admission Rules

1. General provisions

Admission to the Mykolaiv Institute of Professional Development and Education is carried out in accordance with current Ukrainian legislation in the field of education.

The educational process is implemented through vocational training, skills upgrading, and retraining programs across various fields.

Enrollment is conducted without competition, based on submitted documents and an interview.

2. Applicant requirements

Applicants are admitted if they have basic or complete general secondary education (for initial vocational training), or vocational or higher education (for skills upgrading or retraining). There is no age limit for applicants.

3. Document submission procedure

The applicant submits the following documents (in person or through an authorized representative):

• application for admission
• copy of passport or other identity document
• copy of education document (certificate, diploma, etc.)
• 2 photos, 3×4 cm
• medical certificate
• other documents (if required for specific programs)

4. Interview

An interview is a mandatory admission step. It assesses the applicant's motivation to study and the relevance of their prior experience or education to the chosen program.

5. Enrollment

The enrollment decision is made after the interview and submission of all required documents. Enrolled individuals receive an enrollment order, after which they gain access to the educational process.

Training can be in-person, distance, or blended.

6. Financial terms

Training is provided on a contractual basis. Payment is made according to the terms of the contract between the trainee and the institution. Refund conditions in case of withdrawal are governed by the institution's internal documents.

7. Final provisions

Applicants have the right to clarification of admission terms and consultation with institution representatives. Admission rules may be amended as necessary, subject to approval by the institute's administration.
